The hotel is located at a convenient area, just a short walk to the station and right at the covered shopping street. the bed was comfortable and the room was tidy. Staff was quick to assist in checking-in earlier than 3PM.
Communication was difficult during breakfast as the descriptions for the dishes were in Japanese only.

What an amazing romantic escape! We enjoyed our stay so much. Two facilities come to mind: vending machines for a quick drink and cheap laundry services, which we were very pleased with. We didn't have to break the bank to have freshly cleaned and dried clothes every day! the location was perfect for couples. We were at the heart of a busy shopping center. Romantic dinner dates and long walks down the arcade were delightful! Finally, the staff was helpful and professional, we couldn't ask for more.
The language barrier was a bit frustrating for breakfast, where most of the menu was written in Japanese. it doesn't take away from the high-quality delicious food they had to offer.

Found this hotel to be ideally located close to shops and key attractions, with quick access to public transport. The room was quite comfortable, with useful amenities including a fridge and tea-making facilities. The staff were polite and helpful throughout my stay, making my business trip hassle-free and enjoyable.
I did find the layout of the hotel a bit confusing at first, and locating the elevator was a bit of a challenge. While the hotel was clean and comfortable, it lacked some of the high-end touches I've seen elsewhere. it's a solid choice for those looking for functional accommodation in a convenient location, but may not be the best fit for those seeking a more luxurious experience.
